"I am an unapologetic COIN superfan and Cuba Libra stands [i]almost[/i] at the top of my list. A Distant Plain gets a slightly higher rating, mostly because of emotional connections to the conflict. As far as gameplay goes, Cuba Libre is phenomenal.
